UPDATE:  Storm damage caused a failure of the 8th Street Traffic Signal.  Please not that the required equipment for this repair has been ordered and we fully expect temp repairs to be complete this week.  The final (new equipment will be installed within the next 4 to 6 weeks.)  Please note that once the temp repairs are made the signal will preform as it should.
